Who are The Pelotones?

The Pelotones are (l to r): Michael Wellen (drums), Harry Aceto (bass), Alex Specker (lead guitar, vocals), and Wayne Gottlieb (lead vocals, guitar).  The Pelotones play a wide range of styles: swing-jazz, blues, R&B, country, rock and roll, and Latin. A large part of their repertoire consists of originals from Wayne and Alex, which blend seamlessly in tone and style with their covers.  A favorite band of swing and social dancers throughout the Finger Lakes, when The Pelotones play, the room is filled with happy, dancing people!
